Today we end the somewhat 'sausage fest' that's been going on for a while on Linkara Monday by taking a look at the very first female character of the show... Well, sort of.
Linkara's weapon-of-choice, his prop flintlock pistol simply dubbed the 'Magic Gun', has been around pretty much since the beginning of the show, and its origin has been discussed amongst fans for ages. 'Where did he purchased that?' they would ask endlessly. Until a few years ago, when the terrible story behind the magic gun creation was finally revealed...
Long ago, a young girl was sacrificed by her parents, who worshipped an evil God of Chaos, in ordered to create a weapon of immense power. Upon this ultimate betrayal, the loving daughter turned on her parents and their cultists buddies and almost destroyed them all...

Enters Linkara, who found himself using the gun and its magic on more than one occasion, either to save his own life or the whole world, until the past came back to bite him in the ass in the form of a Silent Hill-style abomination, brought back by the remaining cultists aided by their dark God. Representing all the pain and horror the girl had to suffer through, this abomination was ready to unleash her final revenge, almost convincing Linkara to kill himself by drowning him in unjustified guilt. At the last second though, the actual spirit of the girl, the one inhabiting the gun who has grown beyond revenge and evil, told Linkara she considered him a partner and a friend, saving him and thus destroying the abomination and the remaining cultists for good measure.
It was only a few years later that the girl revealed her human form to Linkara (as well as her name: Margaret) when she decided to put his loyalties to the test by holding back her magic and by extension, his magic also, rendering all his enchanted toys useless as well as the gun itself in the process. In a quest to regain his powers, Linkara discovered, with Margaret's help, that he shall never take his own goodness for granted, because sometimes the line between good and evil is extremely thin, and that human nature is comprised of many shades of grey. Fifty, actually. (...Ok, bad joke, I know. Sorry. *Lowers head in shame*)
He also learns that friendship is, indeed, magic.
